Food, a pleasure or a necessity?

well, food is something that I enjoy so much!, however there are foods that I like more that other t.For example I like "las empanadas"(all kind),noodles,rice,and anymore that in this moment I can not remember.But also, like I previously said there are foods , that I preferer more than others, for example, steak, this I like too much, with some salads.Also I like seafoods, very tasty.
However the food most tasty that I have eaten , it's a tipical food from Hawai is named ophiu, a small mollusk that can be yellow, red or black.This is a seafood only of this place.I said it when a I went to honululu, Hawai, one year ago more less.
This food is the Hawaiian version of "ceviche", but much more tasty.I can be made with any fish, but in the island is made with tuna marinated in vinegar, tomato, onion and soy sauce. Lamentably in Santiago , there are no places for eating it because it is a seafood from Hawai.I don't feel guilty for eating it, not at all, even I enjoy it!
But also there are other food that I should eat, like milk,cereals, carbohydrates, although I eat it.
these are very important because have nutrients necessary for body.But also there are bad foods like burgers, chips and more though these are very tasty.

what's the meaning of being midwife??

The midwife has traditionally been the companion of women in the task to bring children into the world.She is who has the knowledge to supporting and assisting the medical care of pregnant women in the last period
gestation, increasing her work during the pre and delivery, where she is practically indispensable.

The midwife is part of the medical team is usually next to the pregnant since the beginning of labor until after birth. Even in some cases their support extends from the first weeks of gestation untill the last postpasturm controls.

She also has the skills to assist normal deliveries, care for mother and newborn after giving birth, and seeing that everything runs smoothly. The midwife is able to control the process of expansion, contraction and fetal monitoring, alerting of any abnormalities in the mother or child.

I don’t know the why I chose this career, I just knew that wanted to be in the healthy topic, whatever career, now I am not sorry for my choice, I now love my career, and I hope that it continues, each more time.

For example, there is news related with a Chilean research, this research speaks about benefits of normal birth. Specifically says that about the eighty percent of woman have normal births, it means: no caesarean, get a best relationship with her baby.

As I previously said this is the first time that I visit this website, and I liked so much, it is very funny, so I could not response the questions about the why I like this website.

my hobbies

well I have many hobbies , I don't know if these hobbies I am going to post , are really hobbies, but I like to do it.The first thing that I really like doing is running!, I like it, I go every week to SAN CRISTOBAL hill, and I run till the top, also I like going by bike. I enjoy that too.

And I like the football, tennis, swimming, I really love the sports, I am very sane!!jejeje , even enough sane.
Secondly, I like reading , I read books like, thus spoke zaratustra, Socrates apology, and these kind of book, philosophic book. But also I often read novels, tales, and much more.
Also one of my hobby is to play STATION, I love to play it, I play games about the sports.
Other of my hobby is seeing movies, of all subjects, terror, drama, comedy, and something more. One of my favourites movies is butterfly effect, also mechanic orange,And many more!.
Also my hobby is the foods, I cook in my free time, only when I’m starving. I cook since an egg till ….. I don’t till where!!jejje, but I like food, I like eating, like rice, spaghetti, meat, I enjoy meat, with salads, it is very delicious, mmmmm.
And the last hobby that I have is get out with my dog, we both run every morning Sunday for park, after of this we both are very tired, and we go to lunch!!, it is the best.
Well , all this that I have said is what I like doing in my free time, and I don’t know if these are really a hobbies, but I enjoy doing all this, but now I don’t have much free time because I am at the university, but I Like it , and I will do one way or another!!

The last February twenty-seven a big earthquake moved us, the impact was very very terrible.

Now for me, it was not so terrible; I lived that experience very quiet, at least me, because the rest of my family was very worried. I lived thus the earthquake, that night:

I was in my room, I was almost sleeping, till my TV was turned on, I remember that I was watching TV , the festival de Viña del Mar, I guess, so I changed the channel, I don’t remember clearly that channel specifically , but I was almost sleeping.

And when about was 3.30, the earth began to move. At the first I thought that would be a earth movement more, but when started to increase the movement, my mother still was awake called me, she was so frightened, and the came my two sister , they were sleeping, and come , and together , we stayed at the door, waiting , until that earthquake stopped. There was a big silence, and much dust at the environment, was a strange sensation.

After earthquake, my mother was till scared, but me I was not scared. It was the first time that I lived a earthquake, really I thought that would be worse, but It was very quiet.

I learned many thing but the most imporant was that material things are nothing, everybody affects us , independent the economic status.

Well, what to say about me??
mmm, so much.My name is Ignacio , I'm a student of the Universidad de Chile.I'm studying the obstetrics course!For now this course I've liked so much, so I'm very happy!
what else?well , Im' 18 years, I like the sport , too much, even the last sunday I ran the Santiago marathon, I ran 42K, really it was a awesome experiencie.Also I love football, tennis, anyway all the sports!!!
